Books have arrived.  They got in just before Thanksgiving and we have already gotten some orders out the door.  The assembly work on the slipcased edition is taking a bit of time to complete (medallions, numbered lenticular plate, bookmarks, bookplate) but we are working as fast as possible to get everything finished in the next week or so. We had high hopes that we would have books in hand before the end of October. Well, of course, plans don't always work out the way we want. The books arrived at port in California a few weeks ago and they have been resting comfortably waiting for their enhanced scrutiny by the Customs Authorities.
