It's Been a While ...

We’ve admittedly been pretty quiet lately. We hope you’ve been enjoying Warriors, the latest volume in the Frazetta Gallery Series.

With this book—and the significantly larger response to the Kickstarter campaign—we discovered weaknesses in our order-processing and shipping systems with our eCommerce partner. We took a deep dive into identifying those issues and implementing new procedures and training to prevent them from happening again. Regrettably, some of our supporters experienced problems with their orders, and for that we sincerely apologize.

At this point, all known issues should be resolved. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we worked through these challenges and improved our processes.

We also learned that our enthusiasm for these books occasionally led us to be a bit too optimistic about production schedules, final preparation, packaging, and shipping timelines. Lesson learned. Moving forward, we intend to set more realistic expectations and be more mindful of our capacity when preparing and shipping large volumes of orders.

We’ll continue to be straightforward with you and avoid overpromising—though we admit these books still get us incredibly excited!

The good news is that we are nearing completion of the third volume in the Gallery Series: Adventures, and we think you’re going to be very pleased with it.

We’ll share a more detailed update on Adventures soon, but we wanted to let you know that, as a thank-you for your continued support, this will be our largest volume to date. We expect it to include maybe 25% more pages than Warriors, and we believe we’ll be able to keep the price in line with the previous volume.

Adventures spans the broadest range of adventure themes and exotic locations in the series and showcases work from the longest creative period of Frank Frazetta’s career.

Simply put, it’s a book you won’t want to miss.

Thank you for your support!
