Shipping delays and assorted challenges

We truly apologize for some challenges with shipping over the last few weeks. The orders ultimately exceeded the resources of our small company so we had to slow it down a bit.

We also found the printer shorted us some essential items and we had to get that cleared up. We got everything finally delivered and we are back to filling orders. In fact, we have finished prepping all 500 copies of the slipcase edition. With the Kickstarter pledges and website orders, we are within a handful of the slipcase edition being sold out!

With our third-party shipper having a data-read issue with the Kickstarter files we sent out some orders incorrectly and we are getting those straightened out.

Especially with the holidays over now, shipping is easier/safer and we anticipate getting out books to everyone within the next 10 days or so.

We were able to begin shipping this edition of the Frazetta Gallery Series way before the average Kickstarter fulfillment but we learned a good lesson of holding off on promising anything before we are fully prepared. With the next book - ADVENTURES - we'll do some test runs and checks before anything goes out.
